I have seen a couple epdm wrapped structures in Europe, one in America but no performance data or lessons learned.

Consider a stilted(flood zone) house in cold climate zone 5. Do you see any performance concerns with black roofing epdm covering the unvented low slope roof, walls, and underside of stilted house.  I assume it would provide a good air/water barrier, good heat gain, and reduce cost since there would be no house wrap, rain screen, or extra time spent air sealing.  Insulation level is not set but I’m assuming fiberglass between the framing, 4” exterior polyiso above the roof, and 2” exterior polyiso on the walls and below the lower level.
